1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs-80000pcs according to different products.
But we accept lower quantity for your trial order if we have stocked products.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure, we can 2-3pcs each item for free charge if the sample is available.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
* If we have stocked, the samples will be 3-5 days
* If we have no stocked, there will be 7-15 days to produce the newly products for existed mold
* If customized, there will be 25-30 days to open new mold to produce the samples
4. How long is the production lead time?
Normally the delivery time is about 30-45days, but sometimes 20days is also ok.
If we have stock, can ship within 3days once confirm order.
5. Is it ok if I want my own design?
Yes, we have strong designer team, can design based on your requirement.
If you want us to open new mould for your sample is also ok.
6. How many colors are available?
We would match colors with Pantone Matching System,
So you can tell us the pantone color code you need, we will match the colors.
Moreover, we will advise you some popular colors.
7. Which kinds of certificate would you have?

8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance after showing the copy of B/L.
